Huawei Technologies is the company that makes the Huawei brand of smartphones, which is currently the largest phone-equipment supplier in China. It is fast becoming a household name not only in China and it is becoming a well-known brand among consumers even in Europe. This Android smartphone maker company plans to sell its first own-brand mobile phone in Britain, one of Europe’s most competitive mobile markets.  It has recently signed its first mobile-network deal in Britain in May marking the company’s biggest step into smartphone and mobile devices in Europe.  One in four adults in Britain owns a smartphone.

Huawei’s mobile handset smartphone, Blaze is set to compete with lower-priced smartphones that sell for as little as 100 pounds.  Look out for these new smartphones if you are living in Britain.

Huawei also plans to sell a tablet computer called the MediaPad and another handset, Vision in Britain.
