Question by Kirk Rubenstein: I have a android LG Ally smartphone and i cant send video messages?
Whenever I try to attach a video to a new message it says “message size limit reached, sorry you cannot add this video to your message.” I’ve tried sending smaller videos as well to see if was just a because the video was to long and still says the same thing. Do I need to make more memory on my phone or something? What could it be and how can I fix this?

Androids have really high picture/video quality, which makes the size of the file bigger than if you were recording a video with a simpler lower quality cellphone. I’d look for the camera settings and adjust the quality of the video, and maybe the size too. Hope this helps!
