There’s no direct way to delete all missed calls.
Generally, go to your phone interface, then push the green phone button once. Select Caller Log (or Calls – I use a German version) It’s the entry right above the most recent call. Either highlight it using the 5-way-pad and press “middle” or directly pick it with your stylus.
Inside the caller log, use the Menu key to unfold the menu.
Choose “Delete…” and then decide if you want to delete only one entry or all entries up to a certain date etc.
Using the one-entry-per-delete actions, you are able to pick only those call log entries you really want to delete.
